We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StickerAI for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Free users receive a limited number of sticker generations. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium styles, emotion packs, and up to 150 sticker generations per month (resetting on the 1st, UTC) while active. Fair use may also include temporary anti-abuse rate limits during unusually high, repeated, or automated activity. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the app store before renewal and are refundable only where required by law or app-store policy.
You agree not to upload photos of other individuals without their consent, generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful, attempt to circumvent quota or payment systems, or use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Stickers are generated by AI and may not perfectly reproduce the input photo. Results vary based on style and image quality. We do not guarantee specific outputs. You own the stickers you generate for personal use.
The app, its design, and all original content are the intellectual property of StickerAI. Sticker styles are original descriptive presets; we make no claim of affiliation with any third-party brands or properties.
StickerAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular sticker output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StickerAI and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
