We process photos you select for sticker generation, a randomly generated device identifier, purchase status, and privacy-limited product events such as onboarding completion, generation timing and outcomes, export destination, and paywall or purchase outcomes. Product analytics never includes your photo, prompt, caption, filename, or image link. We do not ask for your name or email.
Photos are sent through our secure AI proxy solely to generate your sticker. We do not keep uploaded photos after processing. The device identifier is used to manage sticker access and restore purchases. Product events help us understand where the app succeeds or fails and improve those flows.
We use a secure AI proxy and OpenAI for sticker generation, RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management, and Amplitude for privacy-limited product analytics when analytics is configured. Each service has its own privacy policy. Photos submitted for generation are processed only to provide the requested sticker result and are not sent to Amplitude.
Generated stickers and your in-app history are stored locally on your device. A copy is added to your photo library only when you choose Save and grant permission. We do not maintain a cloud sticker library. Purchase status and analytics events are stored by the services described above.
Your device identifier and purchase status are retained as needed to provide access and purchase restoration. Analytics retention follows our configured Amplitude project settings. You may request deletion by contacting us.
StickerAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
